W.A.R.N.I.N.G !!

felt soo frustrated with my whole body this several days..i think im going look like an elephant :((

  1.  nomore eating rice too much, just 5-7 tablespoon !!
  2. aerobic on wednesday and sunday morning!
  3. nomore fatty snacks
  4. an apple and a cup of greentea in afternoon
  5. swimming on thursday and friday
  6. move,move,move and move!
  7. nomore sleep after eat #trying so hard  dear :( 
  8. wake up early morning so can get some excersice
  9. jump,jump,jump and jump!
  10. last but not least, PRAY :))
