- nomore eating rice too much, just 5-7 tablespoon !!
- aerobic on wednesday and sunday morning!
- nomore fatty snacks
- an apple and a cup of greentea in afternoon
- swimming on thursday and friday
- move,move,move and move!
- nomore sleep after eat #trying so hard dear :(
- wake up early morning so can get some excersice
- jump,jump,jump and jump!
- last but not least, PRAY :))
